1. About this website

This website is operated by VARADERO AND FRIENDS FAMAGUSTA CYPRUS (MOI: ΑΜΜ4191), a registered non-profit association with its registered office at Vasilissis Amalias 17, Nicosia 1101, Cyprus. It exists to inform the public about our road safety, relief, and youth programmes and to provide official contact and registration details. No goods or services are sold through this website.

2. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not accept them, please discontinue use of the site.

3. Permitted, non-commercial use

• You may read, print, and share our published material for personal, educational, civic, or journalistic purposes with attribution.

Nothing on this website constitutes medical advice. Blood donation eligibility and all clinical procedures are determined exclusively by the licensed medical services with which we collaborate. This association is not an emergency service; in Cyprus, call 112.

5. Participation in activities

Participation in seminars, rides, drives, and training sessions is voluntary and subject to the safety rules communicated by the assigned Safety Compliance Lead. Participants must hold valid licences, insurance, and roadworthy vehicles where applicable, and must follow lawful instructions during activities. The association may decline or end participation where safety rules are not respected.

6. Intellectual property

The association's name, emblem, page text, layout, and graphic elements are the property of VARADERO AND FRIENDS FAMAGUSTA CYPRUS or are used with permission. Our emblem may not be reproduced, altered, or used to imply affiliation, sponsorship, or partnership without prior written consent. Third-party names or logos referenced on this site remain the property of their respective owners.

8. Donations and contributions

Any voluntary contribution to the association is applied exclusively to our registered non-profit purposes. Contributions are not payments for goods or services, confer no ownership or profit entitlement, and are generally non-refundable once applied to a programme, except where an error can be demonstrated.

9. Availability and changes

The site is provided on an "as available" basis by volunteers. We may amend, suspend, or withdraw content at any time and will publish revised terms on this page with an updated date.

10. Governing law
